In response to the "Spring Bud Project" charity initiative, and with the aim of further improving educational opportunities for girls from disadvantaged families while strengthening our care and support for these young girls in need, the "Spring Bud Project – Dreaming of the Future" autumn scholarship distribution ceremony was successfully held on September 3 at the High-Tech Zone campus of Nanchang No. 2 Middle School. The event was organized by the Jiangxi Provincial Women and Children Development Foundation, hosted by the Nanchang Municipal Women's Federation, co-organized by the High-Tech Zone Women's Federation and the High-Tech Zone Education Development Center, and supported by Jiangxi Evergrande Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. Attendees included Yu Meixiang, a first-level researcher at the Provincial Women's Federation and Executive Vice Chairperson of the Provincial Women and Children Development Foundation; Hu Enxue, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial Women and Children Foundation and General Manager of Jiangxi Evergrande Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.; leaders from the Nanchang Municipal Women's Federation and representatives from the Nanchang High-Tech Zone; as well as Guan Haixia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union.

On May 4, 2022, the company held its first Young Cadre Training Program.
