Laser cladding technology is a new type of hard-facing technique introduced and developed by our company. This process uses a coaxial cladding nozzle that delivers cladding material onto the workpiece surface via a coaxial powder feed, while simultaneously directing a laser beam onto the substrate to create a molten pool. As both the cladding material and the base material melt, they rapidly solidify, forming a surface cladding layer with extremely low dilution and achieving metallurgical bonding with the substrate.
