Our company has independently developed and designed a new automated alloy cold-arc welding deposition technology. This innovative process utilizes fully automatic alloy cold-arc welding, combined with the company’s proprietary nano-amorphous alloy material, to deliver advanced wear-resistant treatment specifically tailored for the severely eroded water-cooled walls in CFB boilers. As a result, it effectively extends the service life of boiler water-cooled wall tubes, ensuring stable, safe, and reliable boiler operation and production.
Weld overlay technology is a process that uses a welding heat source to deposit material with specific properties onto the surface of a substrate (workpiece), creating a metallurgical bond. Depending on the requirements of different operating conditions, this process forms specialized alloy layers on the workpiece surface, providing enhanced characteristics such as wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. The technology employs imported cold-arc welding equipment, where the workpiece serves as the negative electrode (with negative polarity grounded), while a metal alloy wire acts as the positive electrode. A cold-pulsed electric arc generated between the two electrodes provides the heat source, melting the positive electrode (metal wire) and causing molten droplets to form. These molten droplets are then precisely applied to the workpiece surface via intelligent mechanical tools, forming a protective coating.
