Evergrande High-Tech's first 3.2MW distributed power generation project connected to the grid and begins generating electricity.
Recently, Evergrande High-Tech’s 3.2MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project was successfully connected to the grid, marking the company’s first-ever output of “green electricity.” This also represents the firm’s very first distributed photovoltaic project to enter commercial operation.

The successful implementation of this project will provide a steady supply of clean, green energy to Evergrande High-Tech, enabling the company to play a meaningful role in the nation’s "energy conservation, emission reduction," and broader "dual-carbon" initiatives, while firmly underscoring its commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainability.
During the construction of Evergrande High-Tech's 3.2MW photovoltaic power generation project, all parties involved meticulously planned aspects such as the load-bearing structure, installation methods, construction procedures, and operation & maintenance—tailored specifically to the conditions of the company's factory rooftops. This approach ensured the efficient and comprehensive utilization of previously underused rooftop space, maximizing power-generation efficiency. The project, which required a total investment of over 10 million yuan, officially broke ground on November 15, 2021. Remarkably, from construction start to grid connection, the project was completed in just 39 days, setting a new "Evergrande Speed."
The project involves installing photovoltaic modules on the roof of the company’s factory building. A total of approximately 5,800 high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panels have been installed, covering a combined area of 35,000 square meters. Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate around 3.2 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, helping to save about 1,100 tons of standard coal each year and reducing annual electricity costs by roughly 700,000 yuan. Additionally, the project will significantly cut emissions: it will prevent the release of approximately 8.24 tons of SO2, 5.58 tons of NOx, 3,060 tons of CO2 (a major greenhouse gas), and 14.42 tons of particulate matter—equivalent to the environmental benefits of switching from coal-fired power generation.
