Evergrande High-Tech's Yao Lake (Phase II) 1.1MW Distributed Generation Project Successfully Connected to the Grid and Begins Power Generation

On September 6, 2022, the distributed photovoltaic power generation project for Factory Buildings C and D in Yao Lake (Phase II) Park, invested and constructed by Jiangxi Evergrande High-Tech, successfully connected to the grid and began generating electricity.
Once the project is operational, it will mark the complete completion of Evergrande High-Tech’s 3.2MW distributed photovoltaic project. The facility is expected to generate approximately 2.6 million kWh of clean electricity annually, saving around 1,100 tons of standard coal per year and cutting electricity costs by roughly 700,000 yuan annually. Additionally, the project will significantly reduce emissions, offsetting about 8.24 tons of SO2, 5.58 tons of NOx, 3,060 tons of CO2 (a major greenhouse gas), and 14.42 tons of particulate matter—demonstrating remarkably clear environmental benefits. This initiative will effectively accelerate the transition to a cleaner energy mix, substantially decreasing both fuel consumption and carbon emissions while fostering sustainable green development.
The project involves installing photovoltaic modules on the roofs of the company’s factory buildings. For the C and D plant projects, highly efficient monocrystalline silicon solar panels have been used. Compared to conventional thermal power generation, solar energy production emits no environmentally harmful substances, making it a green, clean, and pollution-free source of energy.
