No struggle, no youth!|| Evergrande High-Tech Hosts First Session of Young Leaders Training Program
To further guide young cadres in aligning themselves with the company’s overall reform and development goals, encouraging them to embrace their missions, carry forward the legacy of hard work, and build a dynamic, cohesive, highly effective, and innovative team of young leaders. On May 4, 2022, the company held its first Young Cadre Training Program. To further guide young cadres in aligning themselves with the company’s overall reform and development goals, encouraging them to embrace their missions, carry forward the legacy of hard work, and build a dynamic, cohesive, highly effective, and innovative team of young leaders, the company held its first Young Cadre Training Program on May 4, 2022. Chairman Zhu Xinghe and General Manager Hu Enxue attended the opening ceremony, joined by more than 50 young cadres from various departments across the company.
At the opening ceremony, General Manager Hu Enxue delivered a motivational speech, noting that the "Young Leaders Program" aims to enhance the management skills of young cadres, inspire them to embrace the May Fourth Spirit, cultivate robust competencies, and empower them to become a dynamic force driving the company's growth—working together to foster the organization's high-quality development.
Chairman Zhu Xinghe kicked off the first training session for the participants, delivering a keynote speech titled "Glory and Dreams." He traced the company’s inspiring journey of transformative growth and celebrated its remarkable achievements—spanning from the history of corporate development to ambitious future goals, the essence of our company culture, and the inspiring "Dream-Chasing Journey."
Drawing on the company’s promising outlook, Chairman Zhu expressed his heartfelt expectations for the trainees: "Over the next five to ten years, we aim to achieve two landmark milestones—reaching 10 billion in both market capitalization and production value. Looking even further ahead, our ultimate vision is to realize the audacious dream of becoming a trillion-dollar enterprise, building a legacy that endures for a century."
He emphasized that this mission, though challenging, is also deeply honorable. "I encourage all young leaders to stay energized, passionate, and resilient," he said. "Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, you’ll refine your skills and evolve into the exceptional talents our company urgently needs. Together, let’s nurture the next generation of stalwart leaders who will carry forward Evergrande’s legacy, ensuring its sustained success and making lasting contributions to the company’s growth and prosperity."
This training session provided a platform for young cadres to exchange ideas, while also helping each participant feel the urgent need to continuously learn and improve themselves. To ensure effective class management, Shao Yingping, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a detailed explanation of the Youth Cadre Class’s development goals and management practices. Following this, a democratic evaluation process was conducted to select the members of the class committee.
